Hi! I just moved to Jacksonville, and am looking for new friends, possibly an occasional date! I have been a self employed artist/sculptor for the last 18 years, and was living in the mountains of extreme North Georgia, now I am in Florida caring for a friend's mom, and have put my clay down for something different.I love the beach, I love seafood and casual places more than anything. Grilling out, walking in parks, riding bikes or paddling is very appealing to me. I also like a good Irish Pub (100% Irish here). I originate from the coastline of Massachusetts. I have a black lab named Grace O'Malley and a sweet kitty with me these days, as my kids are grown and are out starting their lives! I love smart and witty people. To me, there is nothing better than laughter. I try and do it as much as possible. I am also not hung up on looks or race or differences, I actually love our differences, but I still hold the understanding that some things should align. I am healthy for the most part, but always struggle to keep more active and moving as my job keeps me so still, so I incorporate some cycling or beach walking every day. I have wild blonde curly hair, am not big on makeup or making fashion statements, I tend to be more of an organic artsy barefoot girl, and am not into the whole night life scene. Did that A LONG TIME ago, and although I love music at a great tavern, really would prefer a place to talk with music over the yell across the table scene.I miss kissing. I miss having someone happy to see me. I miss casual laughter and conversation, someone to go have a little fun with. I love to travel, love love the sea, love boats, piers, beaches, art galleries, museums, live theatre, live music, community gardens, kids programs and more :) I am an active writer, thinker, and am always creating something. I am a fabulous cook, have a great green thumb and an open mind :)
