garfield57: Life is short and I have a lot to give.

I am retired and enjoy keeping the grand kids 2 - 3 times a week, and watch them grow up. I have been retired 3 years now and after divorce, took time to get my house in order. I am looking for someone that is of the same age group because I believe they would have more in common with my life experiences. I would like to get to know someone before getting serious. I believe myself to be very easy going, with romantic tendencies for a woman that I find attractive (attractive in inner beauty). I developed a motto of "I give the same as I get".I like to go boating on the lake to let the kids and grand kids have fun. I also like most all outdoor activities, fishing, hunting, etc. I started trying to restore a '57 chevy , but that has taken a back seat to other activities. I like oldies music (50's early 60's). I wouldn't mind taking dancing lessons to get back into that area of dating since I don't do it very well. I like old movies and would describe myself as a mix of Cary Grant, Paul Newman, and Elmer Fudd: having the comic attitude of Cary Grant in "Arsenic and Old Lace", and having the passion of Paul Newman in "From the Terrance", and at one time I like getting outside and hunting rabbits like Elmer Fudd.
