I'm a lady who is always up to something but is also completely down-to-earth. I value good conversation as much as I like getting into the occasional hijincks.I like country music with coffee, hip hop with whiskey, and journaling followed by dancing.I teach contemporary and hip hop dance, love to lift weights, enjoy a good quiet time, and dislike waking up early but am sad when I sleep in too late. I believe in daily dark chocolate breaks. I recently completed my second master's degree (which I know sounds totally pretentious/foolish/awesome/all of the above), where I focused on spirituality, dance, wellness, and body image. I have a passion for helping people cultivate healthy and compassionate relationships with their bodies through dance and exercise. Now, I work at a non-profit in volunteer management and training and also choreograph and dance in a local dance troupe, that puts on shows that include cabaret, vaudeville, hip hop, contemporary, and more.
