Hello guys and welcome. My name is Mia and I am giving this another go round. I enjoy being active, playing sports, working out, and no I'm not a gym rat...lol. I am a physical therapist and I enjoy helping people get back on thier feet, no pun intended, and getting back to thier lives. I am pretty laid back, I don't really stress over much.
