~ I enjoy the simple things in life... they are usually the most meaningful, enjoyable and fun! If I'm with the right woman, it doesn't really matter what we're doing or where we are. I am extremely honest and to the point, confident yet humble, sharing, caring, affectionate and loving, totally loyal, and I am not afraid to communicate openly and expect the same in return... I want you to know the real me. Wealth and power are not important to me - if you're looking for a rich guy, I'm not the one. Also, I don't drink.I love being outdoors, nature, kids, animals (love dogs), rock music, art and have a good sense of humor - able to laugh at myself. I'm also a very sensual and sensitive man... intense feelings and emotions... want to love and be loved. I know my strengths and am not afraid to face and confront my weaknesses. Life has knocked me around a bit, but can't keep me down... "a calm sea never made a skillful sailor", lol. I believe there is always a positive side to everything but still remain realistic and try to live one day at a time. The right woman for me would be honest, straight-forward, caring and loving, loyal, open-minded, down-to-earth, appreciating the simple things, preferring jeans over an evening gown, at least somewhat spiritual, MUST be sensual and affectionate, and looking for her one and only lover and best friend. I believe that if a man and woman truly bond, communicate, and share their feelings and emotions, that everything else will fall into place. I'm here for one reason... to get into a lasting, passionate, loving relationship - no games. Showing affection, just being together, kayaking, walks in parks, going to the shore or lake, star gazing, walking through flee markets, cool towns, festivals, concerts, going out to dinner, romantic evenings/nights (yes, I believe that great sex is an important part of a relationship), sitting at home watching a movie, washing the car, even doing chores together... laughing and truly enjoying each other is what its all about for me. I prefer to avoid extended e-relationships... I want to meet you... one look into someone's eyes is worth 1000 words. I have many good characteristics, some bad... up front and open about everything... Let's see what happens. My son started college in fall 2010 and has always been the most important thing in my life (though he's not around that much anymore). I've been alone for quite a while (divorced 14 yrs, concentrated on raising my son, work... time flies)... and "dating" has always been a little awkward for me... more now than ever.* Worked in printing for 30+ yrs, was laid off 2 yrs ago. Attended evening classes at a community college while working construction for a friend, then completed a 1 yr, full-time Surgical Tech. program. Now working full-time in printing again. Sold my house near Trenton, NJ in July '12 and moved to Telford, PA where I rented an apartment - kind of new to the area... now renting an apartment in Bensalem.
