I am hard-working health & wellness professional that loves life. I love trying new foods, whether that's me cooking or going out to eat. I also enjoy baking, making jewelry and other crafting that helps me relax from a long day at work. I work with people of all ages every day to help them make healthy changes in their lives and love every second of it. I have a passion for children and helping them to become the best they can be. I enjoy music and a goal of mine is to go to more concerts over the next few years. I am very active in my church and my relationship with God is very important to me.
