I am simple unless you start peeling layers. I believe in laying all of my cards out on the table. That way there are no surprises. I tend to be a caretaker and nurturer. I like to try and find beauty In Everything and will stand up for the underdog every time. I am an industrial Maintenance Mechanic and a Certified Welder. I love TIG but can do them all. I was hurt and became disabled in August of 2011, between surgeries and therapy, I have been a busy girl. I miss my work! I have chosen to go back to school and get my Bachelors Degree in Engineering. I plan on turning this around, I am not nor have I ever been a person who can not work. I think too much and need to put all of that excess energy into something productive. I am a perpetual learner, which means when I have learned how to do something and do it fairly well, I begin searching for another area of expertise that I can learn. I have three children that are all grown, 18, 21, 24. I am a proud grandmother of two beautiful grandchildren ages 5 and 2. I am helping raise the five year old while she is in school. I recently ended an eleven year relationship where he woke up one day and decided that he wanted to be selfish and live his own life, I was devastated, yet life goes on. I have spent my life being a mother, a daughter, a wife, a girlfriend, a friend and the list goes on. I am now trying to figure out who I am. I know I love to fish but not fond of eating them. When I catch fish, I usually end up giving them to some one else or filleting them and cooking them for some one I care about. Did I mention that I am an amazing cook? I also make several types of home made candy for the holidays to give away I love Welding, it is a passion, I love the heat, the smell, the ability to make solid steal into anything that you want it to be. Yes, you could call it and addiction. Not a big sports fan, went through it with my children and to be honest, a bit burned out. Kentucky Wildcats and March Madness is usually the only time you may see me intrigued with what is going on but again, not my favorite thing to do. I am a good woman and my interest do not include falling in Love, BootyCalls, or being some ones Babysitter. Sorry folks, I love all of the above but I want to be able to enjoy life without commitments. So to put it in a nutshell, I want friendship, intellectual conversations, healthy debates, getting to know some one and picking their brain.
