I am an old soul who likes things made carefully and with feeling--music, food, literature, nature, dancing, gardens, canned goods, homemade wine and moonshine, photographs, and love. But the world is violent as it is beautiful; I train part-time with the military and hunt to put food in the freezer.Some favorite musicians: Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, CCR, Skynyrd, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Bach, Old Crow Medicine Show (seeing them with the Avett Brothers at the end of the month!)
