I am from California and have been here a little over a year now. I work in retail sales. Not what I want to keep doing but pays well for retail. I am less ambitious and more on the introverted side, but like most I do get more talkative once I feel comfortable with someone. Although less ambitious, I do care about my affect on society and try to keep it in the positive side of the spectrum. I have been called somewhat of an "old soul" since my late teens, but probably applies less and less as I get older.I still feel like a tourist here and enjoy finding new places to eat and drink. Like many I am into outdoorsy things, but am perfectly satisfied with a simple jog on a trail, or walk by the water. I don't like carrying equipment around. That being said I have taken up snowboarding recently which requires carrying things, and I do like camping as well. I have a car because of the hills and cold weather here in Seattle, but prefer to ride my bicycle around if able. It's a lot more fun, cheap, healthy, and a great way to explore a new city.
