I prefer the single life but not for the usual reasons. I really don't watch popular television (couldn't care less about the Kardashians or American Idol). Breaking Bad and House of Cards are some favorites on Netflix. I am fairly frugal, the cheap theater movies are just fine. I have the patience and self control to wait for movies on Redbox. Mainstream media treats us as the product. My Political bullsh*tradar is pretty keen. I have a good job but the hours are not great. I try to ride my motorcycle regularly. Skiing has been tough the last few years due to my job but it is the reason I moved to Utah.Computers as a hobby are an important part of my life. I do play video games but mostly for the friendships i've made playing team games. I read alot, not always novels but news, blogs, the real estate sections of major newspapers (for the design and architecture) and pretty much anything else on the internet.I own my house through hard work and savings. Its not big but its comfortable and is conveniently located. Other than my house I have zero debt. This is an important part of what I believe determines a persons responsibility and maturity level. Do you shop for needs or do you shop for desires? I am looking for someone that values fiscal discipline among other things. On that note it had been a few years since I was in Vegas so I went for my birthday for some sunshine and a bit of gambling but I had a good time and didn't regret spending my budget.I've been procrastinating about projects around the house but this might be the summer to redo the floors in 2 rooms in my house and run some electricity to my garage. Do a bit of painting and trim work on my garage and shed. Rebuild by tool collection for working on motorcycles and doing some basic car maintenance. Exercise and better food choices have been an ongoing issue the last couple of years. This year I intend to take my physical health more seriously.
