I'm in a good place in my life now. I'm retired, stress-free, and happy and fulfilled. I have lots of friends and two wonderful grown children. But I miss having romance and companionship in my life. One of my most memorable moments was watching the ball drop in Times Square, New Year's 2012. The kind of relationship where the other person's happiness is as important as your own.My parents moved to Florida from Connecticut when I was nine years old and now I feel like a native Floridian. I never intended to get married so young, but I found the man I wanted to spend the rest of my life with, and married him when I was 19 years old. We were married for 44 years when he passed away in 2011.
