I like to spend most of my time outside playing. The rivers, mountains, friends and personal goals are what keeps me happy and motivated. Random list of things I absolutely love are; camping, spontaneously stoping in the middle of a drive to run a trail, yoga, steaming up the bathroom when I take a hot bath, having a beer in my kayak, mountain biking through aspen trees, taking last minute road trips, playing king of the raft at kahshe lake, singing out loud to punch brothers, SNOW, DIRT and basically anything that puts me out in nature. I currently work at a bike shop and practice massage therapy. I love the body and all its amazing capabilities. I would really love to see my passion for people, outdoor enthusiast and bodywork mold into something amazing. Brief but this is a good start to who I am.
