I Iam a thoughtful and playfully affectionate, intellectually discerning, music, dance and nature lover. I have adult children and grandchildren whom I cherish but do not live near. My activities include, singing in the choir at my church, which is the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Palm Beaches. This is a liberal and progressive, inclusive community where I am comfortable and inspired. I also sing with a large community Chorale. I love liturature and am currently meeting with a writer's group most weeks as I begin to organize a memoir. As I am a former Art major and teacher I enjoy painting landscapes and drawing portraits but don't get around to it too often. Mostly, I enjoy getting to know people and being out in the great outdoors except when it is too hot. I live in West Palm Beach year round in a lovely retirement community where I own my condo. I enjoy parttime work assisting elders who can no longer drive. As I studied Gerontoloogy on a graduate level this work is very gratifying to me. My taste in music ranges from classical, to jazz, to folk. I read mostly fiction and some political nonfiction. In the interest of lowering cholesterol and weight, I eat pescatarion (veggies and fish), most of the time. I love to do water aerobics, ride my bike and dance.
