I have been described as passionate, caring and giving - I love the outdoors (Golf, hiking, biking, tennis & Squash etc). I also enjoy a quiet evening at home by the fire with a glass of fine wine or going out to a great restaurant with a wonderful lady. My tastes are eclectic; I can be formal, or just bum around. Most of all, I love to laugh. I also enjoy music, art and the islands. I am a Chef, trained in Northern Italian & French cuisine, but don't get to cook much in my present corporate position. I love to travel, see and meet new people.
