My motto lately... Take risks: if you win, you will be happy. If you lose, you will be wise. So I'm giving this another shot. I'm currently closing on my first house and am really excited to get in and put my touch on it. I've learned a lot about myself in the past few years but am still learning. I have a dog named Snoopy and he's the greatest little guy.
