Hi, I am 36 years old and a teacher in the Kingman area. I like to work out and am trying to improve my fitness everyday. I eat right and exercise almost everyday. I am careful of what I put in my body and try to eat healthy as much as I can. I like going to the gym and talking with my gym mates, but once my headphones go I am all business. When I am working, my days are very long. I love every minute of it because I like to stay in motion. On my rest days (cheat days) I like to spoil myself because I have worked hard to get to wear I am. I like listening to music. I like all types of music (excluding rap), and I enjoy rock and roll mostly. I always have music playing because it makes me feel good. I am currently attending school to earn my Health Educator's degree. When I watch television it is usually crime drama, sports, or sitcoms from the past!
