I am originally from the west coast, born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and went to college in California. I work in the Behavioral health field and love what I do because I get to help people everyday. I have two boys who I am attempting to raise to be gentlemen...so far so good, but my oldest is closing in on the teen years so hopefully it has all sunk in! We like to travel and spend a lot of time being active. I am a very open and honest person and looking for the same. I can be a little edgy...as in I do swear and talk about things most women won't admit too. I do know however when to be a lady and when it is appropriate to be more fun. But, at the same time, I have a huge heart and enjoy doing things for others. Fortunately my job has not made me numb to life circumstances, instead I think it has made me more understanding of life's ups and downs. I can be sarcastic and enjoy someone else who is as well. A good sense of humor and a great smile go a long way! What I am looking for......someone who is honest. No really, please be honest. To the point that even if you think it is something I may not want to hear I expect you to still say it, especially if I ask! It just saves each person a lot of hassle. Someone who has traveled and knows there is more to the world than what is here in MN. Is a huge plus. Someone who is active and takes care of themselves. You don't need to be perfect, just someone who enjoys how it feels to be active. And, someone who doesn't constantly talk about their financial issues....its none of my business, I am independent and have my own money, and I am not the girl who requires to be taken out all the time.
