I grew up in Dayton, before that I lived in Ashtabula, now I live in Cleveland. I've successfully hit the three big hot spots in Ohio. Hopefully one day I check off the paradises of Flint, Michigan and Oakland, California.In all seriousness I would someday like to do some traveling once I'm on a larger budget than the stipend the "Corps" gives me. Getting drunk in every single English speaking country could be a lot of fun.Short term professionally I'm looking at teaching. Long-term is still a work in progress which is why it's long term. I'm not too worried about it. I'm pretty solid at figuring stuff out. I don't really see myself doing any one career for a particularly long time since I get bored pretty quickly.I still have a flip-phone (but it's basically indestructible and has an AMAZING battery life) and the high schoolers I work with ridicule me for it all the time. "Beam me up Scotty" is a favorite line of a co-worker. I've never been one for gadgets, I owned a kindle for two years before I started using it and that was only after I realized I had a shit-load of books and nowhere to keep them.I do read alot, mostly non-fiction as a result of my inane desire to know everything. One day I will read something for fun again.Misc:I love good musicals.I hated Avater (really a goddamn tipi?).And I don't get why people like Top Gun; it's about one of the worst movies I've tortured myself with.
